Dear Professor Li,  I hope this finds you well. First of all I wanted to apologize for missing class today and not letting you know that I would be away for the weekend for a family reunion in Atlanta. Secondly, I have made the necessary changes in the index and low pages. Please take a look and let me know if there is still something that needs to be changed.
