Group by CD number #101

Need to group track listings by CD number tags when present. Otherwise, multiple CD albums get interleaved.

Hi @alexforencich , Unfortunately this depends on Taglib.. Dup of #88

Maybe we can continue the development of the library taginfo.. but it takes time ..
