Always starts in Normal Window mode #164

There are 2 problems:

  1. Always sets NORMAL_STATE as start_mode when reading config file
  2. Always shows main window at start

Both are addressed in following patch pragha.diff.txt

P.S. I checked starting in normal and iconified state, minimizing, hiding and restoring main window - looks like working fine now.
