nimsuggest.log file appears in the project root #6

Sometimes the extension makes nimsuggest.log file appear in the currently edited project root.

I had this happen too. Don't yet know the cause.

So it appeared whenever nimsuggest was crashing. @Araq has recently fixed the main cause of frequent crashes, so this should no longer be a problem.
