Which means that:

The IVR specific parts need to be separated from the process coordination parts into two projects / libraries.
A new name has to be found for the library that contains the process coordination runtime, computation expressions, and combinators (ideas so far: coop, cord).

I like "proc" now, which could describe a small process. "process" is a reserved keyword in F#.

"flow" seems nice, and "siphon" for the test DSL.
