More output formats needed #17

In order for Visual Alchemist to become a serious contender in the data-tooling business, we need more output format options for the generated output. Most notably:

SQL dialects of popular databases like mysql, sqlite, postgresql, SQL Server, etc.
More ORM options like doctrine, hibernate and others.
Diagram/Image formats like html+css, pdf, png, etc.
