Add a dashboard feature to Visual Alchemy

The critical minimum features on the dashboard are:

• A big settings button somewhere around the canvas. The settings dialog should have:
• Option to change the theme from default bootstrap to a dark one.
• Selectively enable or disable the options to allow/disallow output data formats.
