LICENSE file not present in pypi archive #20

As per the summary the license is not present on pypi and it should be. You can include the files you want to have included using MANIFEST.in to list them up.

Also the tests are mising some of the fixtures so if one executes pytest on the sdist archive from pypi it fails while it works with github tag archive.
