Non-base64 encoded AGENT_SPAWNER_RESOURCE_DATA #144

@siteshwar wrote (on slack) I tried to dump the environment variables for cmd_take hook and this is what I get:

AGENT_SPAWNER_RESOURCE_DATA=18.236.129.115

PWD=/
SHLVL=1
_=/usr/bin/env
