Clickable links don't work in mouse mode #256

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Visit my profile site: http://iamkevin.ca/
2. Click on the "About" tab.
3. Click on either web link.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should just open the link, instead I have my ncurses app exit and display 
the link on a closed terminal(this isn't very elegant).

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.10 from the Download section, Debian package AMD64.

Please provide any additional information below.
In order to get around this, I need to direct the user to an "exit page"...
