Not working with windows RT #266

Try to open shellinabox terminal using windows rt tablet. Internet explorer 
says it can not display the webpage.

Fixed with setting compatibility mode for the website in advanced IE settings. 
But terminal size doesn't match screen resolution. For example, ls gives 8 
columns but only 7 are shown on the screen and no horizontal scroll to see 
absent part
