ipad - how to download without jailbreak #399

I tried to download SIPHON through the code.google site on an IPAD

the answer was "SAFARI cannot load this file"

Is there a possibility to use SIPHON on a IPAD without jailbreak?

I forgot to say that I tried to use FRING on the IPAD, and on WIFI connection 
works 
perfectly with the integrated microphone and speakers
but the SIPHON capacity of chosing the CODEC  is too important

I have the same problem on my iphone. Did you have already some response? Or 
solution?

on the iphone I had to jailbreak it and download using Cydia,  for the Ipad 
till now 
no answer

Currently Siphon is not yet on app store :-(
