Bluetooth microphone no outgoing sound - 2.3rc3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Using 2.3rc3 on iphone 3.1.2
2. Place call
3. Press bluetooth button and can hear incoming sound
4. Other person can't hear me - no outgoing sound

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
1. Expected output would be the other person can hear me.  Instead they cannot.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.3rc3 on iPhone 3.1.2

Please provide any additional information below.
Nice work on 2.3rc3.  Happy to find bluetooth starting to work.  Incoming
sound quality is good, but no sound is outgoing.  I'm not a developer, but
wonder if the "microphone / input source reference" might be missing that
tells Siphon to use the bluetooth as the input source.

I ran several test cases.  
1. iPhone - Incoming sound and outgoing sound works
2. iPhone Speaker - Incoming sound and outgoing sound works
3. Bluetooth using Siphon button - Incoming sound works, outgoing fails
4. Bluetooth using "Bluetooth mono in SBSettings" - Incoming sound works,
outgoing fails (not sure if this duplicates the function above)

I'm available to test further if that would help.
