Display current call on lockscreen like regular phone.app does. #407

This isnt a current feature, just something that might be able to be 
implemented in the future.  Just like the regular phone app on the iPhone 
displays the call if you goto the lockscreen, it would be a great feature if 
siphon could do the same.

I released an alpha version of Siphon (3.9.8).
You have to add a new source in cydia :
  http://svsip.free.fr/repository/cydia

If your SIP provider accept TCP connection, you can enable background support. 
And Siphon receive and display notification like phone app.
