Problems registering and settings page seem broken in iOS4

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Siphon worked fine for me on a 3GS under 3.1.2, however after upgrading to iOS 
4 & rejailbreaking I have the following issues:

1. When launching Siphon,it attempts to register with my SP 
(sip.voipcheap.co.uk).  Sometimes this works, generlly it returns a sip request 
timeout.
2. The settings app just returns a blank screen with no content
3. I've tried un-installing via Cydia & CLI, including --purge & removing the 
settings (--removePrefBundle) & reinstalling but cant get rid of my old 
settings or get any other results, so at present Siphon is broken for me.

Any ideas?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Siphon 2.2.0-1 on iPhone 3Gs, Jailbroken on 4.01 using pwinage
