How to connect siphon with sipgate account?
what username and password do i use? (reading articles that say to use a 
different login)

Go Here:  https://secure.sipgate.com/settings/phone

Click on "SIP Credentials" at the bottom of the right hand menu.

I released an alpha version of Siphon (3.9.4).
You have to add a new source in cydia :
  http://svsip.free.fr/repository/cydia
