DTMF tones are too short. #455

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When making a conference call, after call is connected dialing additional 
numbers are too short for the Conf system to recognize the digits.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected Long pulse DTMF but receiving a short pulse

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Siphon 2.3rc4 / iOS 4.1 - iPhone 4
