credential failed to authenticate (PJSIP_EFAILEDCREDENTIAL)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. put in my username and password
2. entered server and server proxy Chicago, with reg. timeout 3600, and auth 
username same as username
3. nat is off, magic jack is on, local port set 5070, and rtp port 4000
4. nothing else has been changed
5. tride username ending in 02 and proxy01.chicago and tested combinations

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
i would like to like my majicjack to my iphone/ instead i get credential failed 
to authenticate (PJSIP_EFAILEDCREDENTIAL) 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
i have the newesy sipon 2.3 and i have the iphone 3gs 4.1 iOS and baseband is 
fully updated 05.14.02/

Please provide any additional information below.

credential failed to authenticate (PJSIP_EFAILEDCREDENTIAL)
user and pass are config correct/ checked all settings and still cant get it to 
connect/ 

PLEASE HELP HAVE BEEN AT THIS FOR A FEW HOURS NOW.
