cannot make VoIP calls. it suggest I should make a regular call #512

I am dialing a number. When I press 'Call', it says:

  Place a regular cellular call with Carrier

I of course have configured some SIP account and it has worked in the past.

Look  issue 504  and read comment 24.
It should fix your issue.

`/var/mobile/Documents` already exists.

But it works anyway now again for some reason. I didn't changed anything.

One thing I noticed is that it shows now my SIP provider in the left upper 
corner (right below the "ABC" button) and "Available" in the right upper 
corner. That was not there last time.

Maybe my SIP provider was just down when I tried last time? Would that explain 
the behavior? In that case though, it should display an error or so that the 
server couldn't be reached or so.
