Set column-width for print #399

The width of columns on a printed table (for example Appointments) is static . 
See the attached file: the column "Name" is to small to show the content. 
It would be nice, if its possible to set the width for the columns to be 
printed.

Until this is fixed  in Rapla (which is not trivial) try the following 
workaround if you use client server mode.
Export the table as html via export menu. Then surf the url in your browser 
every time you want to print and use the browser print. You don't have to 
export again, because the html table will be updated.
