Delete of a user is not refreshed immediatly #410

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. create new user
2. restart Rapla
3. delete user

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
User should be removed from screen immediately 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Rapla 1.8Beta

Changed the status accidently. Is still open. Beta1.8 with Java8
It happens on users and resources
