Conflict window shows wrong time of conflicting appointment

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. create conflict as defined in attachment
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Conflict time should should be 10:00 not 12:00 
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Rapla 1.8 Beta
