user profile admin type yes/no toggle produces obsolete error message

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create new user ( non admin )
2. edit user
3. toggle Boolean flag "Administrator "from no to yes and immediate back to no.

What is the expected output? 
No message should be produced
What do you see instead?
errormsg: You need to provide at least 1 administrator name!

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Rapla 1.8 Beta
