Restore of database produces conflicting messages and prompts with error message #417

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. restore a database
2. do not confirm (OK) the restart request  
3. wait until warning message arrives 

What is the expected output? 

What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
