Java Webstart not working with Java Version 7 Update 65 (Build 1.7.0_65-b20) #427

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Connect browser to Rapla server
2. Use the first link to start Rapla with Java Webstart

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Rapla should start and open the login window.
Instead you get an error message from Java as seen in the attachments.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Rapla Version 1.7.7
Windows 7 Professional SP1 64bit (German).
Java Version 7 Update 65 (Build 1.7.0_65-b20)

Please provide any additional information below.
The Error did not occur with Java Version 1.6.0_17.
