Bug when sorting categories "Comparison method violates its general contract!" #447

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a user category tree with many categories deeply nested
2. assign users to the group, so that category depth in the category tree is 
different for the users e.g.

a-b
|
c
|
d

assign one to a and 1 to d

3. call the group/rights view

You get "Comparison method violates its general contract!" exception
