Event filters in template edit #472

It would be great if event filter was available in template edit mode.

As M. Kohlhaas said in the mailing list, the filter(s) should be reset to see 
everything on every template edit, to avoid user error when not seeing the 
whole template.

It would be useful :
- to edit multiple event's attributes values at once (select the targeted 
events for "batch" modification)
- or just to focus on particular kinds of events while checking or editing the 
allocations
