Month Title Still Incorrect in HTML Month Views #473

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  View a published month view HTML calendar.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
  I expect to see the correct month in the title at the top of a month view.  Instead, the prior month is still being displayed in HTML published calendars.  The app itself appears to have been corrected.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
  1.8.1.  Windows 8.1.
