[IMPROVEMENT] Hover effect on Button #110

What improvement are you suggesting?

Adding hover animation while selecting the option to play a game(get set go!) button

Why should make this improvement?

All other buttons have a hover effect and adding that feature to this button would enhance the experience while selecting this option.

How can we make these improvements?

We can use css effects for the same. Kindly assign me this small improvement as part of GSSOC'23!

You can watch this video by Eddie on FreeCodeCamp to get a good idea of everything. After learning about it well, you can actually contribute to the open source and help make it better!
