Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. No, When someone scores a full point/score it must be celebrated.

Describe the solution you'd like when they will score full points confetti will appear on the screen

Describe alternatives you've considered We can add "🏆" after e.g. "You have scored 2 out of 2 marks.🏆"

Additional context @gambhirsharma, @prakhartiwari0 will you assign me this issue under GSSOC'23
