WiiMote data subject to locale #151

Took me a while to figure out the problem. In my country (Belgium) and
probably a lot others (EU in whole, I guess) we write double values as 1,68
and not 1.68. This is important, as the Scanner class uses the locale to
parse the data from the file, so when we have values of 0.68,0.8,0.6 in
these countries, the scanner throws an error. One sollution is to change
the delimiter (which would require the wiimote data writer app to be
changed to use the new delimiter) or use the scanner.locale() and set it to
Locale.US.
