JavaScripts missing #30

The /js/ext/application.pjs and /js/ext/loading.pjs is missing.
I'm not sure if they should be included in the archive, or if they are generated

Beautiful project, and I'd be willing to go through some work to get it 
installed, but I have no idea what to do here.

I am also running into this issue.  Going to maybe try and grab an older 
archive to see if it includes these javascript files

This issue is misconfiguration of your web server. There are .htaccess file in 
web, which map this names to other and redirects. Upon setup, I have this issue 
too, but I fixed my webserver configuration and app become work.
