can you give me some suggestion for my own video? It's not the same as instant avater，how can i get my own anim_nerf_train.npz file, poses.npz file, normal map?

I am also wondering how to get normal maps via the pix2pixHD [70] network.

@leeooo001 The format is same as that of instant avatar. You can easily obtain normal maps following this repo: https://github.com/jby1993/SelfReconCode?tab=readme-ov-file#extract-normals

Look into extract normals section.
