Thumbs missing #68

Some products (banners, email signatures) do not get thumbs generated for
some reason. 
They are not showing in the shopping cart.

Orders for "Dynamic imaging" templates do not show thumbs on the admin order
information page in Magento.

If I finalize an order on a product that is based on a dynamic imaging template 
ex:
http://www.zetaprints.com/magedev/index.php/email-signatures/email-signature-01-
no-watermak.html

The Admin/Sales/Orders/ Order information / Items ordered section does not show 
the
image thumbs on expand. The are only visible in a new page by clicking the 
extension
names.
