Display the OGR Format when ogr_fdw_info -s is used. #194

Instead of just displaying the list of layers, it could be useful to also display the OGR format when ogr_fdw_info -s is invoked.

On second thought, I reckon most people using ogr_fdw_info will also have ogrinfo installed and can get the format using that tool. My use case involved containers and trying to keep everything in the container to a minimum.
