These are very similar use cases (mark order as done and mark order as undone). There was no need to repeat the same information again

The use case refers to two different scenarios. Therefore, they are not the exact same information and this is not a repetition.

Reason for disagreement: This bug was discussed during tutorial 10 as one of the commonly made bugs. Please refer to the image below which is adopted from Luminus/CS2103T files/T10-DG-Extracts-Answers:

Clearly the team's mark order as done use case and the mark order as undone use case are exact replicates expect for the keywords done and undone.

This is unnecessary repetition and duplication of similar information. Instead of repeating same information in use case 17, the team could have replaced it with 'Similar to use case 16 except ...'. This would have avoided the duplication of similar information.

Therefore, this is classified as a bug with very low severity.
