Mainfest.json missing or unreadable #45

Whenever I try to load the file into Chrome Extensions its says this "Failed to load extension File ~\Desktop\RokuCast-playOnRoku Error Manifest file is missing or unreadable Could not load manifest."

Edit 1; Oops I meant Manifest in the title.

Edit 2; I figured it out.
