Feature request: obey XDG_CACHE_HOME for FileSystemCacheRepository #8

There's no need to clutter up $HOME with another dotfile (~/.tldr) when we can obey XDG paths (ideally defaulting to ~/Library/Cache rather than the usual ~/.cache on OSX).
