Issue Description

This issue requires work on the following:

Addition of an optional image upload (include validation). This image would ideally be the user's photo.
The uploaded image should be added to the CV template at the top-right corner symmetric to the IITKGP Logo.
[Optional] Add an option to change the college logo. This would just be a replication of the above-added feature.
