Display stops on the gradient #2

This issue tracks visually depicting the stops on the gradient swatch as it
is being edited.

1) Begin and End stops should be color-coded that align with some
indication in the form (green for Begin, red for Stop?)
2) Stops can be will be small circles with a black border
3) As the gradient is edited, the circle move
4) Bonus points for showing a dotted line between the two lines (this can
be used in the future)
5) Bonus points for a tooltip that states what stop this is while hovered
(semi-challenging to get correct in a cross-browser fashion)
