Hook Up Color Picker #4

Users of the jGraduate plugin should be able to pick the colors for the
stops.  So either:

1a) integrate a color picker in with jGraduate (jPicker?) OR
1b) allow the users of jGraduate to specify a color picker when setting up
jGraduate

2) put buttons next to the color input boxes to launch the picker (I think
it's important to keep a simple input box there for now)
