Stop circles are missing in Safari #5

The draggable stop circles are not present in Safari/WebKit.

Note - the images are not visible, but the stops are still draggable (and the 
cursor
changes appropriately).

This was caused by Webkit bug 27952: 
https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=27592

I have worked around this in the code as of r48
