Improvement of the animation of arrow mark in Explore button in home page #59

An arrow mark appears on the Explore button in the home page when hovering over it and i have noticed the animation can be improved. The current animation looks like in below : previous.webm

And after improvement it'll look like below : aafter.webm

Please assign this issue to me so i can contribute and improve the user experience on the website.
