Hover effect using CSS #86

Describe the Feature you want to end I want add CSS animation to the navigation bar so that while hovering on the navbar content text size increases.It provides a good UI.

there is no requirement of adding more animation to the navbar, as we want to achieve a UI that is easy to use for everyone and is highly accessible in emergency situations.
