Found issues on 417alpha4

I installed the .dol as instructed, deleted config files etc.
No theme was used
used latest Cios vx7
problem found: 
the titles are mixed up with each other (the title does not reflect the picture 
displayed)
When I tried to update WiiTDB - got system dump, and every since it will not 
start (keep getting system dumps when rebooting)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.browse through titles and see the titles mix
2.update WiiTDB (get dump)
3.try to boot (keep getting dumps)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
latest Cios vx7 final
417alpha4

Please provide any additional information below.
The same thing happens with the regular 417.

you have to delete all your old wiitdb files first every time you want to 
update wiitdb

OK Thanks, but:

1. this procedure is not described in the installation instruction
2. This procedure was not necessary in older releases.
