Get temperature for remote AC from the Smart IR device #45

My Smart IR device has temp sensor and I would like to use it as a status for the AC

Unfortunately, infrared is one way communication. There is no way to get any data from AC to the SmartIR device. So, this is not possible due to limitations of the IR technology itself.
