Spring Tests Tutorial #152

We need a tutorial wiki page on Spring Tests in order to have uniform coding standards for the tests. @adityaketkar please update the Writing Tests page.

@kapilkalra04 please add the ComponentScan coding idiom and link the relevant examples to the writing tests page.

There are separate pages now for Spring Unit Tests and Component Scan. This issue need not be tracked now.
