Create a view that exposes this IDP's metadata for consumption by Service 
Points.

Working IDPSSODescriptor XML is now produced at 
http://127.0.0.1:8000/idp/metadata/xml/ as of rev145. Not tested yet against 
other SPs, except for the django-saml2-sp.
