StreamConfig updates #8

StreamConfig should contain all information about the stream such as genre,
bitrate, current song information, stream description, etc (probably).

Currently there is no way to update the Shouter that the StreamConfig has
changed.

Somehow fix this, or the organization of StreamConfig and Shouter

The most obvious solution is to merge the StreamConfig class and the Shouter 
class...

As of revision 20 the StreamConfig functionality is moved to the Shouter class.

meta data updates are now needed.
