[Bug]: I have provided login waybar and waybar after I press win+alt+down & win+alt+down ( it fixes when I initally change position ) #1823

/ ignore timezone warning it's fixed / I change position and it's fixed also but every time I login I have to press win+alt+down first to fix it and change position back up.
